All artworks, prints, objects, and products offered on this website are original works or limited editions created and distributed by the artist.

2. Nature of the Products

The products sold on this website include:

Many items are handmade or produced through artisanal processes.

For this reason, small variations in color, texture, size, or material may occur and are considered part of the artistic process.

Images displayed on the website are representative and may differ slightly from the physical artwork due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.

These variations do not constitute defects.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price applied to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

Prices are VAT exempt under Art. 1, commi 54–89, Law 190/2014 (Italian flat-rate regime). No VAT is applied to any purchase.

The seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime and is not subject to VAT.

5. Production Time for Made-to-Order Artworks

Some artworks and art objects (including light boxes, lamps, and handmade pieces) are produced on demand after purchase.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this production timeframe.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refusal to pay customs duties does not qualify for a refund.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

The seller does not store credit card information.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe according to industry security standards.
